Telephone Coaching
Telephone Coaching is Convenient and Effective

All of my coaching sessions are conducted over the phone. This gives you the ability to schedule sessions without having to consider drive time and traffic. Since face-to-face meetings aren’t required, you can work with me no matter where you live. With long distance savings plans, tele-coaching is more economical than in-person sessions.

Successful coaching sessions are based on effective communication. Participants in face-to-face sessions are likely to be more easily distracted and less focused on the work during the session. During telephone coaching, we’re able to bypass many of the normal social graces and quickly get down to business.

Telephone coaching is less expensive than face-to-face coaching. The cost of doing business is significantly reduced by performing coaching over the phone. I’m able to offer clients the same quality service at lower rates through telephone coaching than I could if an office and receptionist were required to support face-to-face sessions.

Telephone coaching is comfortable. You are able to participate in tele-coaching sessions in an environment that you find comfortable and safe. You control the surroundings. This minimizes distractions for you and assures you are focused on the work at hand.

Feeling hesitant or nervous about holding coaching sessions over the phone? This is a common initial reaction. Most people quickly get the hang of it. To help put you at ease, I offer a free 20-minute initial session.

Make the most of your coaching sessions by coming prepared. Have a pen and paper handy to take notes. Complete the homework and bring your questions. Tell me the challenges that came up in the reading and in the assignments. Be truthful about where you are stuck. You don’t have to have it all together before your coaching sessions. Speak up if something doesn’t feel right for you. Tell me what’s really on your mind. Acknowledge your small steps, and remember you are just practicing new skills and they take time to become habits.
