A free trial is the best way to introduce you to Life Coaching   I offer a FREE 30 minute introductory consultation to assist you in deciding how you feel about working with me. I will also find out more about your situation and see whether this is an area I believe I can help you. I encourage at least 4 sessions for first time clients because I’ve found that clients tend to make their breakthrough around session 4 to 8, and that sporadic sessions are ineffective in achieving the results clients are seeking. Weekly practice is essential for skills to be mastered, much like learning a foreign language. Practice is fun, safe and will build your confidence.

Shelly’s clients live across the United States, and coaching sessions are conducted via telephone.  Long distance phone charges are assumed by the client and are not included in coaching fees. If you do not have a long distance phone plan, calling cards are widely available.

Confidentiality   You can be assured that your coaching sessions are confidential. I pay great care and attention to maintaining your privacy concerning communication via telephone, voice mail, fax, and computer e-mail. I adhere to the ethical principles and professional practice standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
